DEEMA CARS AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS By signing this rental agreement, the renter acknowledges and agrees that he/she has this contract and therefore is aware of the terms and conditions described overleaf and that he/she accepts fully the responsibilities as set out in this agreement. This rental agreement is the only valid contract between the renter and the party herein described as the owner. Any additions or alterations to the contract are to be considered null and void unless they have been agreed upon in writing in this agreement.
DEEMA CARS cannot guarantee any specific car model or colour of vehicle reserved online. We will try our best to give you the same car that you booked but if it is not available at the time of delivery for any reason, we will provide you with a similar car or an alternative model. The luggage compartment hold is for guidance only as this depends on the size of the luggage and the number of persons occupying the vehicle.
THE RENTER/DRIVER AGREES:
The renter acknowledges that the vehicle in question belongs to the owner even if the registration of the vehicle may be in the name of a third party. The renter acknowledges that he/she received the vehicle in good working order and condition.
The renter agrees that he/she will return the vehicle with all tyres, tools, radio, accessories, and equipment in the same condition as when received to the place of rental or any other place mentioned overleaf.
The Rented vehicle may not be used for the following:
- to transport people for hire, regardless of direct or indirect reward.
- for racing, speed testing or driving instruction.
- to transport any illegal goods or passengers in violation of the provision of any act, order, or any other illegal purpose.
- being used outside Cyprus or in the Turkish occupied area of Cyprus.
- by any person under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or hallucinatory drugs.
- by a driver who is under the age of 25 or without a valid driving licence.
- by anyone that his name is not on the rental agreement.
- The renter is not allowed to do any repairs to the vehicle without the knowledge of the owner.
- The renter is not allowed to abandon the vehicle under any circumstances.
